The Global Public Service Academies were founded with an understanding that students from high school through college can make a difference in the world. All of our academies are experiences in the developing world formed around a educational collaboration with faculty from Duke University, Harvard University and other universities around the country. We know that working with US faculty in an international setting allows students to learn and contribute in ways that a domestic summer camp or volunteer experience can’t.

As a participant, you’ll work along side a faculty member in the classroom and in a developing world setting. Every day, you’ll be working to improve health care for the poor. You’ll get to know what their life is like firsthand. Most importantly, you’ll be making a difference.

Each academy is limited to 30 students or less per location, so it is important to get your application in on time. Visit our academies to find out more and to apply.

Why wait to start your medical career. You can make a difference in people’s lives right now!
