We assist and empower sex workers in Guatemala City through education, vocational training, anti-violence and anti-trafficking programs, self-esteem and leadership development, and grassroots organizing.

We have a community center that serves our population and we also condcut weekly door-to-door visits at different red light districts.

We began in 2005 as a small literacy program and have grown to become a community empowerment organization. We work with over 350 women.

We take in-country interns (preferred minimum of 6 months). Interns teach classes at the Center, engage in door-to-door visits at the red light districts (each month we talk about a specific theme, such as human rights, anti-trafficking, etc), participate in conferences and events with us, and help us develop new programs. We help interns find work teaching English. We are also seeking grant-writing interns who can be located anywhere.
