Description:

Social Entrepreneur Corps is a social enterprise that leads innovative and dynamic international internship, volunteering, consulting and insight travel programs. Our programs are designed and run by seasoned development professionals who are creating innovative and sustainable solutions for rural villagers every day. Social Entrepreneur Corps participants learn from and work side-by-side with renowned international and local social entrepreneurs in Latin America.

We are not a student volunteering organization that "looks for" things for participants to do so that we can have a successful company. Rather, the key to our success and that of our participants is asking "How can we engage participants in a way that facilitates a greater level of community impact?". What we have found is that participants, working with us for one week or several months, can help us to serve our rural clients much more effectively and efficiently.

Social Entrepreneur Corps participants facilitate the success of the rural entrepreneurs and organizations that we have identified, trained and continuously support. Through activities such as needs analysis, feasibility analysis, field support and evaluation, Social Entrepreneur Corps participants help to create sustainable access to essential products and services for villagers in need. Social Entrepreneur Corps volunteers make a profound impact. One of the priority goals of Social Entrepreneur Corps participants is to work with the motivated rural entrepreneurs and organizations that have been identified, trained and supported through needs analysis, feasibility studies, field support and the like to help create sustainable access to essential products and services for families in need.

We offer 4-week and 8-week summer internships, a one-week experience, short term consulting, and flex volunteering to potential participants. Please visit our web page to see which program is best for you - www.socialentrepreneurcorps.com!
